Any submission of illegal images to search is strictly prohibited. You must not submit any image that can be construed as illegal or violates any existing laws.
You are prohibited from using rimg:
Images searched on rimg are not added into permanent databases and these images are not accessible to other users. Any copyright of the images submitted to rimg remains with the original owner/author.
rimg passes the images you submit on to the third-party search engines to complete your search. rimg is not affiliated to these search engines and cannot control the result they present. rimg assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party search engines and the websites you can access through this app.
rimg may participate in affiliate and advertisement programs to generate revenue. When you click on links to third-party websites and/or make a purchase, rimg may earn a small commission from that click, tap, or sale.
We do NOT warrant that rimg is free of any bugs, inaccuracies, interruptions, or errors. We also do not warrant that rimg is reliable, accurate, complete, or valid. This app is provided “as is” with no warranty of any kind and do not imply warranty of availability and security. Your use of rimg is at your own discretion and risk. You agree to become solely responsible for any damage that result from the use rimg.
We shall not, under any circumstances, be liable to you for any incidental, indirect, consequential, exemplary, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of rimg.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold rimg, its owners, and employees harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damanges, or costs, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third-party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted any of them as a result of or relating to your use of rimg.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and waive all claims against rimg, its owners, and employees from any and all liability for claims, damages (actual and/or consequential), costs and expenses (including litigation costs and attorneys' fees) of every kind and nature, arising from or in any way related to your use of rimg. In addition, you expressly waive and relinquish any and all rights and benefits which you may have under any law principle of similar effect, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement or its terms at any time at our discretion. When we make any amends, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. An updated version of this Agreement will go into effect immediately upon the posting of the revised Agreement unless otherwise specified. Your continued use of rimg after any change in terms will constitute your consent to those changes.
